This is reflected in the fact that all transformation initiatives are reported, monitored and reviewed at board level while employee participation in the process is strongly encouraged and facilitated. With our focus on skills development and employment equity, great strides have been made in the transformation of our junior and middle management ranks. This has put us ahead of the Financial Sector Charter and Generic BEE Codes targets. Strategies are in place to expand on this throughout the company.
